Their collaboration thrived, and Buster produced several award-winning projects from label artists, Kirk Franklin & the Family, A-1 SWIFT, Full Gospel Baptist Mass Choir and many more. During the 1990's, Mack formed Gospo-Centric Records and recruited Buster for production help. One key relationship was Sparrow Records' Marketing Chief, Vicki Mack. The Henderson partnership introduced Buster to the gospel industry. Soon afterwards Buster met and partnered with top gospel producer, Patrick Henderson and over the next several years, they wrote and produced award-winning gospel acts from BeBe and CeCe Winans to Lynette Hawkins.


One half of the award winning production duo, Buster & Shavoni, he began his career as a writer/producer crafting hits for secular acts at Motown and MCA Records. Six, introduced to music by his uncle, legendary Motown writer/producer, Norman Whitfield ( Heard It Through the Grapevine, Car Wash, Cloud Nine, and Papa Was a Rollin' Stone), Buster knew where his future was heading – to become a successful songwriter/producer and media executive.
